April is full of spring shower and then moving to May showers. Team Guiel has been busy this month with an amazing family moving into their first “together home”, A friend selling her townhouse at top dollar, a new 4 bed, 4 bath Langley townhouse being added to our listings and ending the month with an awesome family moving out of their home into a custom built home. We were also able to get a sweet lady an off market sale of her family home at top dollar without all the stress of listing. April is very busy and we can’t wait to see all these clients and friends move onto the next chapter in their lives. Thank you everyone for trusting us with their real estate needs!!!
